We are thrilled to introduce our brand new registration system, Hi Sawyer!

You will have to create a personal account ONCE and will be able to access all of our programs through this account.

Our scholarship policy had not changed and remains unconditional.

Accessing the Schedule

You can view Mudlark's schedule exclusively through the Sawyer widget on our website. If you experience trouble accessing your account, use this link or email us at education@mudlarktheater.org for assistance.

Creating an Account

  • Click the Sign Up button in the top-right corner of the registration widget.

  • Follow the prompts and complete all required fields.

  • You will only need to make a Sawyer Account once.

Account Verification

  • After signing up, you'll receive a verification email titled "Verify your account now".

  • Click the "Verify Account" button in the email to activate your account.

  • The link expires after 72 hours, so be sure to complete this step promptly.

Exploring and Selecting Camps:

  • Once verified, you can browse the catalog in calendar or list views, which can be toggled between using the buttons in the top right corner of your screen.

  • Use the “More Info” button to see details about each camp, including dates and showcase information.

  • Add camps to your cart as needed.

Adding Participants

After selecting your camps, click “Add Child” to register your young artist. You can add multiple children and check out simultaneously.

Completing Registration

  • Enter all required information for yourself and each participant.

  • Add payment information to finalize your registration.

  • If using a scholarship, enter your PROMO CODE during checkout, and the discount will apply automatically.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email from Sawyer and can also view your registration details in your Sawyer account at any time.

What is Sawyer?

Sawyer is a well-established local marketplace for activities, events, camps, and classes, particularly tailored for youth! Their expertise makes the registration process seamless and efficient, ensuring that everyone in our Mudlark community has a positive experience.

Why did mudlark choose to switch to hi Sawyer?

We deeply value the patron experience when it comes to signing up for the variety of programs Mudlark has to offer. With this in mind, we sincerely hope that the Sawyer platform will be more user-friendly, easily accessible, and considerably clearer for all users involved.

WILL ALL MUDLARK PROGRAMS BE ON SAWYER?

Only Programs held at Mudlark HQ will be on Sawyer. This will include Play registration, Break Camps, Full-Day Workshops & HQ classes. Some residency sign-ups may be facilitated through Sawyer depending on our partner.

WHAT WILL NOT BE ON SAWYER?

Ticket Purchases for Mainstage Shows, Class Showcases, Summer Showcases, Donations, & D65 After-School Classes Registrations.

HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?

If you have any questions about a program you have registered for or need a refund, please contact education@mudlarktheater.org or office@mudlarktheater.org. Patrons CAN NOT request refunds through the Sawyer platform.

DO YOU still OFFER SCHOLARSHIPS on sawyer?

Since our first day, Mudlark has always offered unconditional scholarship support. No child has ever been turned away from a Mudlark program due to financial need and we stand by that legacy today.

While some families need 100% of the cost covered, many families are able to provide at least some of the registration fees. Thank you for understanding that every contribution, no matter the size, helps us deliver our mission to as many young artists as possible.

Scholarship promo codes for all of our summer camps can be found HERE. To secure your young artist’s spot, add the promo code for each camp for which you are registering. There are no additional steps, questions, or requirements to secure scholarship support at Mudlark. After the registration process, your young artist has been fully enrolled.

Can I add additional family members to my SAWYER account?

Yes! You can easily manage and update information through your Sawyer account. This includes adding and updating family contacts as well as any profiles on your account. Scroll over your name in the top right corner and look for Manage Account. To add new children click +Add Profile. Follow the prompts listed and enter all specified fields.
